Getting a new puppy at home is  a very exiting and wonderful feeling- you are getting a new friend for life!

However sometimes it can be a bit daunting (specially for the first time owners) on how to start to build this relationship and to make sure that  your furry friend is  happy, healthy and safe, but also who listens to you and with whom you can bond for life!

I am here to help you at the first stages of this new journey and guide you on such things as building puppy's confidence, setting rules, get started with early education, learning basic commands, self control, settling at your home, relationship between your beloved pet and children or guests in your house, chewing issue, toilet training, car training, dangers that owners should be aware of such as poisons for dogs or small objects, getting  used to vet visits  and much more. 

At this age, same as kids, puppies become young dogs and that involves hormonal changes, changes in behaviour. For example, dogs might become  more confident ( unless they had a bad experience along the way), more daring and independent, larger  breeds become more powerful. That can sometimes mean that the owner needs to re adjust their training skills, understand this new behaviour and work on correcting those. Or you might simply be interested on teaching your dog some new skills, as now you can spend more time with your dog on walks and the dog can stay focused on you during longer periods. I can help you to work on those little new steps to take  or new tricks to teach, giving you peace of mind knowing that your relationship is setting up for success!

It might be the case that your dog has a specific issue such as anxiety, lead pulling, difficulties to relax, jumping on people,  might be that you decided to adopt an adult dog, rescued it. That dog might not be as great on loose lead walk or recall. Your dog's  behaviour has changes for some reason, ( and we will need to find out why)or any other problematic element that you have noticed and  you need help to find the right way of  dealing with it.
